How your order works



Are the items displayed in the store also available?

In general, items displayed in the store are also available.

However, it can happen that certain colors or sizes are temporarily sold out.

The delivery time for stock items is 2-3 working days.

If a color or size is not in stock, the delivery time may increase to 14 days.

As our items are made individually by hand, we ask for your understanding.

Is there a minimum order value?

No! You do not need to observe any minimum quantities when ordering at www.magictack.de.


How can I find out about the status of my order?

We will automatically send you news about your order by email and, if you wish, via Facebook Messenger.

Of course, you can also receive additional information from us personally or via the "My account" function on our website.

For the latter option, you must have registered as a customer in the log-in area.

Can I change my order at a later date?

Once you have completed your order and sent it to us, you can no longer make any changes yourself.

However, we will be happy to accept your change requests by e-mail and adjust your order accordingly, provided your order is not already on its way to you.


How can I pay at MagicTack?

www.magictack.de currently offers the following payment options:

Paypal, credit card, instant bank transfer, Klarna

What do I need to consider when paying in advance?

As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us followed by an order confirmation.

In this we will inform you of the amount to be transferred and our bank details.

As soon as we register your payment in our account, the goods reserved for you will be dispatched.


How does payment via PayPal work?

What is PayPal?

PayPal is the online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly on the Internet - free of charge. Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal. Therefore, they are not sent over the Internet every time you make an online purchase. You pay with two clicks. This is because you use your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again for every purchase. PayPal payments arrive quickly. The seller can then send the goods immediately and you usually receive them sooner.

Do you already have a PayPal account?

You will be redirected to a PayPal page during the payment process. After payment, simply follow the button that takes you back to our site - done.

How does payment by invoice work?

When purchasing on account, you only pay the invoice after you have received the goods.

The invoice is due for payment immediately after receipt of the goods, at the latest 14 days after dispatch.

We ask you to pay the invoice within the payment period, otherwise the dunning procedure will be initiated and you may incur additional costs.


How your delivery works


Which countries does MagicTack deliver to?

MagicTack delivers to all countries worldwide.

What are the shipping costs?

All prices include the statutory value added tax.

GERMANY:

Delivery to a German delivery address costs 2.90 €.

EUROPE:

The shipping costs for orders from all other EU countries (incl. islands) are 9.90 €.

WORLDWIDE:

The shipping costs for orders from all other countries outside the EU are 14.90 €.

Any customs clearance fees are already included in the shipping costs. Irrespective of this, customs duties and import sales tax may be levied. These are determined by customs and collected from the recipient when the parcel is handed over.


What should I bear in mind when shipping to non-EU countries?

The prices quoted include German VAT at a rate of 19%.

This is not applicable for deliveries to countries outside the European Union.

Your invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the corresponding amount. Please note that the VAT applicable in the respective country will be collected by the parcel carrier upon delivery.

Who carries out the delivery?

The fast and reliable delivery of your parcel within Germany and worldwide is carried out by our logistics partner GLS.


Can I also have my parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation?

Unfortunately, delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

When will my order be shipped?

Depending on the availability of the items you have ordered, your parcel will leave our premises after 3-5 working days.

At the same time, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail.

In exceptional cases, there may be longer delivery times due to bottlenecks at the manufacturer. In this case, however, you will be informed about the status of your order after 7 days.


When will my parcel be delivered?

Your parcel will be delivered to a German delivery address on the second working day after dispatch, in many cases even earlier.

The delivery time abroad varies from country to country. Our logistics partner GLS also delivers for you on Saturdays.

Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?

MagicTack extends your statutory right of withdrawal for standard items from 14 days to 30 days.

This means that you can withdraw from the purchase contract and return the goods to us up to 30 days after receiving the delivery. We provide you with a PDF returns form for your withdrawal here:

How a return or complaint works


What happens if I need a different size or the item is the wrong color?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can also do this on the

returns form

How can I exchange a damaged or broken item?

and send it in together with the proof of purchase and the item to be returned.

The new or repaired item will then be sent to you as quickly as possible.

If we have any queries, you will be contacted by one of our service staff.

IMPORTANT:

Broken inlays are always the result of incorrect handling,

therefore we cannot replace them free of charge.

However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer you the option of purchasing a new inlay at

half the original price.

If no proof of purchase is available, we will exchange the product for 50% of the purchase price as a gesture of goodwill.


General questions


Are the prices in the online store identical to those in the stationary retail trade?

Our prices correspond to the manufacturer's recommended retail prices, which are also adhered to by bricks-and-mortar retailers.

Exceptions to this are items in the Sale section or promotional items that are available at a reduced price.

The indicated sales price always includes the German VAT of 19%. This is not applicable for customers with a delivery address outside the European Union (EU).

Is the quality of the products offered in the online store different from the quality offered in retail stores?

The products offered at www.magictack.de are 100% the same as those available in retail stores. They are new and flawless goods that come directly from our production.


Is my personal data protected at www.magictack.de?

We are aware that the conscientious handling of your personal information is important to you.

The trust of our customers is particularly important to us, which is why we strictly adhere to the legal provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act.

Your order data, personal data and payment details are of course treated confidentially and are protected by technical security systems.
